Out of respect for both my time and other guests trying to book, I kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made with adequate notice. 48+ HOURS NOTICE No fee. Life happens - I completely understand 24-48 HOURS NOTICE A fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service may be charged LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE / SAME-DAY CANCELLATION A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be required before booking future appointments. NO-CALL / NO-SHOW Clients who miss an appointment without communication will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay future bookings. X LATE ARRIVALS If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be modified or rescheduled to protect the experience of the next guest. EMERGENCIES & ILLNESS Please do not come to your appointment sick. Genuine emergencies will always be handled with compassion and discretion.
